Our Story

Wheeler Home Concepts was founded by Josh and Tara Wheeler. Back in 2011, Tara dreamed of a career in creating inviting and cozy interior spaces. She discovered Home Staging and quickly became an Accredited Home Stager. Years later in 2015, when Tara needed professional photos of her work, Josh started photographing her staged homes. Before they knew it, as Realtors chose Josh as their preferred photographer for their home listings, the Photography side of the business grew and grew. In 2016, Josh and Tara launched their first website under the name of Wheeler Home Concepts and they began offering both Home Staging & Photography Services. In 2019, with the rising requests from Realtors® for videos to promote listings, they launched Videography and 3D Tours as a service. They also offer a variety of digital marketing services such as Floor Plans, Room Measurements, Aerial Photos & Videos, Twilight Photos, etc. Wheeler Home Concepts is your go-to local real estate marketing company providing anything you need to prepare and market your listings!

They were winners of the 2020 Delaware Today “Best of” contest for Best Photographer in the State of Delaware. As of 2021, WHC has been honored to photograph over 3,000 Homes in Delaware and the surrounding region!
