HAPPY VALLEY

This home in the Happy Valley neighborhood was a vacant home staging in Wilmington, Delaware that was performed and photographed by Wheeler Home Concepts. The property was listed for sale for 3 months before being staged. It had many interesting features for a city townhouse with some modern upgrades. It was difficult for buyers to image how to layout some of the living spaces, especially the living room.

Our home stagers utilized transitional furniture and decor that complemented the colors in the home to give buyers an idea of how they could use and decorate the space. Staging the home helped buyers remove some of the obstacles preventing them from making an offer.

Two weeks after the home was staged, an offer to purchase the home was accepted. We are truly happy for the homeowners.
