  • Digital Delivery via Dropbox or similar within 2-days (before end of second day after the appointment). If faster delivery is required, additional fees will apply.

  • Quality! We pride ourselves in delivering a consistent and quality product. Doing that may take a little bit longer, but trust us it’s worth the wait!

  • Our standard Real Estate Licensing Agreement is set up, so the agent has the right to use the delivered photos and media to sell the property. We do this to keep costs down for agents since it would cost more for an agent to buy out full use of the images.

  • No, but we have a prepping-for-photos checklist that we highly recommend being read before the scheduled appointment.

    Prepping For Photos

    when an appointment is booked, we have a set amount of time for that appointment. If we show up and things are not ready, we will give the option to shoot the property as is or to schedule a time to reshoot for a fee.

  • There is no fee for cancellations/reschedules 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. Within 24hrs, there is a $75 cancellation fee. Client will pay a $125 fee if client cancels/reschedules within one hour or after the appointment start time, plus an additional $50 for any cancelled add-on services, and a $2/mile travel fee for any locations greater than 25 miles from photographers starting point. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please confirm your clients do not have any symptoms at least 24-hours prior to the photoshoot. Our photographers have the right to refuse to shoot in a sick household, and you will be charged for the appointment if cancelled/rescheduled within 24-hours.

  • Client will contact WHC for rescheduling an appointment due to inclement weather (for example: active rain, snow, sleet, hail, etc). No fee to reschedule due to inclement weather if rescheduled prior to the photographer departing for the property. There is a fee of $125 plus an additional $50 for any cancelled add-on services, and a $2/mile travel fee for any locations greater than 25 miles from photographers starting point if client cancels after the photographer has departed for the appointment.

    If you need to reschedule due to inclement weather, we will try to fit you into the next available appointment. During the busy season, it may be a few days out.

  • Refunds will be credited to the clients account to be used for future real estate media services. If the client would like funds credited to the credit card used for payment, funds will be credited back less the 3% credit card processing fee on the transaction. If the payment was due to a billing error by Wheeler Home Concepts, the 3% credit card processing fee will be returned.

  • Because of the artistic nature of Wheeler Home Concepts’ services, the final deliverables are inherently subjective in their appearance. Because of this fact, a satisfaction guarantee is available on select services. Eligibility for the satisfaction guarantee requires clients to not publish/use media or to discontinue all use of said media and contact Wheeler Home Concepts within 48 hours of media delivery. Eligibility for the satisfaction guarantee also requires the listing and/or property to not be sold, leased, rented, or under a contract for sale, lease, or rental within 72 hours of media delivery. Client’s remedy for the satisfaction guarantee allows for a single choice between a refund of the single service, not including any travel fees, or a second attempt to perform the service, provided the property’s condition is substantially similar to the original service date. Satisfaction guarantee is limited to a single instance per client.
