Here’s How It Works

  • Schedule your ideal photo package via our online booking portal and our team will arrive at the scheduled time. Feel free to call us with any questions you may have prior.

  • After booking, you will receive an email confirmation followed by a checklist on how to prepare your home in advance of the shoot. Items on the checklist include removing clutter, ensuring all pets are crated or out of the home, storing garbage cans and cars in the garage, etc.

  • In order to devote the majority of the time to capturing photos, it’s imperative that the home be photo-ready prior to our arrival. Our photographer will conduct a 5 minute property walk-through to point out any small final adjustments that are needed prior to photographing the property.

  • While it can be helpful for a homeowner or Realtor to be present for any final adjustments, it is not required that anyone be home to meet us. To make scheduling easier for you, we hold electronic access licenses from the board of Realtors in most counties that we service.

  • Our standard interior and exterior photo shoots take 30-45 minutes for a typical home. Luxury properties and those with large acreage can take an hour or more.

  • Upon completion of the shoot, our team will conduct advanced post-production editing and will deliver the final product in 2 days, excluding Sundays.

Property photo shoots are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To ensure convenient scheduling, book as early as possible!
