Big Deerhurst

This home in Big Deerhurst was a vacant home staging in Wilmington, Delaware that was performed and photographed by Wheeler Home Concepts. The home was an investment property for a group of investors. The investors did a lot of work to update the property including new fixtures, remodeled kitchen and baths, and refinished hardwood floors. Having worked with Wheeler Home Concepts on a previous flip, they hoped to have the same results as last time… a full-priced offer within days of listing the house.

Our home stagers utilized transitional and traditional furniture and decor that complemented the colors in the home to give buyers an idea of how they could use and decorate the space. Staging the home helped buyers fall in love with the home.

One week after the home was staged, multiple offers were submitted, and a full-price offer was accepted. We are truly happy for the the investors and their success flipping another house.
