DIRECTIONS FOR UPLOADER

The uploader will streamline the raw photo and video delivery process to help minimize delays due to different photographer schedules/upload times. Files are sent directly to management and the photo processor once upload is complete. You do not need to send notification emails after uploading. Do not upload Video at this time!!!

Additional Project Notes/Instructions: This field gives information to Josh and the photo/video editing teams. Label the message to whom it pertains (“Josh:” or “Editor:”). There could be a message to both.

• Message Example 1: “Editor: Client wants quote to retouch grass” or “Editor: Client requests front of house on TV and fire in fireplace”

• Message Example 2: “Josh: There was a Pod in the driveway that had to be shot around, angles were not as good because of this”
